Just another form of public transportation. | 2012 | Agra, India

  1. That is one of the funniest photos I have ever seen. India has many forms of mass transportation but this is unique. If they were here in Houston, they would be allowed to use the HOV lane…and during rush hour, they would be moving quicker than the main lanes on the freeway.

    • Yes, I love the many creative modes of transportation that I see used by folks abroad. And, I agree that a camel cart traveling down the HOV lanes would likely be faster than rush-hour traffic in the main lanes in Houston.

  2. Love this picture. When do ladies return? I did not check so continue to lift them up!!! Continue to give thanks to God for He is ultimate deliverer of justice! Made my day seeing this camel and getting opportunity and reminder to pray for all girls and women who are enslaved in human trafficking.

    • Hi Kelly…

Our ladies team returns from India tomorrow morning (Thursday). They have had a wonderful time serving the girls rescued from brothels. Thanks for praying.

      Blessings,
      Omar~

  3. This picture just made my day! You never cease to amaze me, Omar. I guess I live my travels vicariously through you. Thanks for sharing.

  4. My wife and I recently came across your web site while doing a bible study and looked around, we both loved it and now will be coming back often to research and get guidence through your site, awesome site and very user friendly, by the way the pics are cool to see as well. 🙂

    • Thanks so much, Scott. My website and blog are both something I enjoy. Thanks for your encouraging words.
