New devotional resources to help men grow in Christ, strengthen their families, and leave a lasting legacy.
At Kingsland, we believe strong families, healthy churches, and thriving communities start with godly men. That’s why we’re committed to supporting men with practical resources to help them grow in their daily walk with Christ.
Spiritual maturity doesn’t happen by accident. It is developed one day, one decision, and one step of obedience at a time. Our desire is to equip men with biblical tools they can use in their personal devotional time, with a friend, or in a small group. We want to help men become men of courage, clarity, and conviction—men who know what they believe, why they believe it, and who live with purpose.
I am excited to introduce two new devotional guides that are designed with that goal in mind.

Forged in the Wilderness explores one of God’s favorite classrooms—the wilderness. Throughout Scripture, God often shaped His greatest servants during seasons of waiting, testing, and hardship before entrusting them with greater responsibility. This devotional encourages men to see life’s difficult seasons not as setbacks, but as opportunities for God to build character, deepen faith, and prepare them for His purposes.

The Deathbed Challenge invites men to live with the end in mind. It asks a simple question: What do you want to be able to say to your wife at the end of your life? Each lesson challenges men to live today in light of what they want to say on their deathbed. It is a call to invest wisely in your marriage and to leave a legacy that honors Christ.
Both guides are practical, biblical, and discussion-friendly, making them ideal for individual study or for men who want to grow together in small groups.
Our prayer is that these resources will encourage men to pursue Christ wholeheartedly and become the husbands, fathers, grandfathers, friends, and leaders God has called them to be.
Both devotional guides are now available at Kingsland’s Central Campus and North Katy Campus. We invite you to pick up a copy for yourself, use it with a friend, or start a men’s small group. We believe that when God transforms the heart of a man, He transforms families, churches, and generations.
